Group Training

Athletes learn skills to be able to compete at the highest level. We believe that through consistently testing how far we can push our athletes in these sessions it allows them to not only grow in the skill they are learning but believe in themselves to put it into play. This training always comes with one on one drills to build confidence and get our athletes to apply the things they have learned.

One on One Training

Athletes will learn effective and efficient ways to be the best player that they can be. Through complex series of skills training we look to stretch the athlete outside themselves by placing them in uncomfortable positions. We develop skills in areas of creating separation, footwork, shooting, Finishing drills, screen reading, as well as game concepts. Athletes are pushed past what they believed their potential is.

In this aspect we meet with the coach of the team to see what the desired result is and from there we put together a program based upon what the coach states he wants his team to achieve.
