Trust Your Grind is elite basketball training that focuses on all facets on the game. We work on footwork, ball handling, shooting, and game concepts. We strive to use basketball as a tool to encourage hard work, dedication and discipline as these are keys to being successful. Trust Your Grind aims to put athletes in uncomfortable situations to challenge them to elevate their mental capacity to perform under any circumstance. We’ve worked with hundreds of athletes including two female McDonald’s All Americans, multiple NBA Draft picks/players, countless collegiate athletes and overseas professional.


The mission of Trust Your Grind is to prepare each athlete for current and future levels of play. Our goal is to enhance the player’s ability to translate their skills to on court success. We encourage the importance of continued growth for players to reach their full potential on and off the court. Every player is unique in their own way and the possibilities of achieving their goals is endless. Trust Your Grind means running a race where you’re not blinded by distractions, but instead focused on your own journey. Everyone has a passion and purpose in life. We want our athletes to believe in their greatest passions and know that their goals can be achieved – they must simply be empowered enough to TRUST THEIR GRIND.
